Favourite brands of Baltic consumers
In April, the research agency Kantar Emor conducted a survey with the aim of determining the favourite brands of Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian consumers aged 15-74. More than 1000 people took part in the survey in each country and were asked to pick their favourites from over 160 brands.
According to the survey, the top 3 brands in Estonia are the local confectionery manufacturer Kalev, digital media platform YouTube and Swedish-based bank Swedbank. The Latvians’ most loved brands are the electronics company Samsung, Swedbank and store chain Maxima, while the Lithuanians’ are the social media enterprise Facebook, Maxima and store chain Lidl.
Some overlap could also be noticed from the survey results. For example, the brands Swedbank, Maxima, Youtube, Facebook and technology and software enterprise Google are included in the top 10 of all Baltic countries.
Further information on the survey can be found on Kantar Emor’s website (in Estonian).
