Copyrights
Copyright subsists in literary, artistic and scientific works. “Works” means any original results in the literary, artistic or scientific domain which are expressed in an objective form and can be perceived and reproduced in this form either directly or by means of technical devices. A work is original if it is the author’s own intellectual creation.
In the field of copyright law, we:
- consult on the protection and use of copyright and related rights;
- prepare necessary documentation for different copyright or related rights agreements (licensing contracts, publishing contracts, labour contracts etc);
- consult on the enforcement of copyright and related rights;
- represent clients in disputes related to copyright and related rights issues.
