The state fees will be changed in Estonia in the beginning of 2015

On 1 January 2015 the new State Fees Act will come into force in Estonia. Pursuant to the new Act the amounts of the state fees to be paid for the proceedings of the Estonian Patent Office will be changed.

Still the changes in the fees for the proceedings of the Patent Office are not big – mostly all the fees are rounded upwards.
