Version 10-2016 of the Nice Classification came into force on 01.01.2016

The Nice Classification is an international classification of goods and services applied for the registration of marks. The 2016 version of the tenth edition of the Classification came into force on 01.01.2016.

In addition to the new terms added in the Classification the new version has amended also some of the Class headings.
